I see something similar in yellow bobbing about in Lancashire. Run your wheelchair into the back and twist and go.

I went back for a second look, and the chap's fitted a single car seat in the front and twin bench seat in the back, and added a back wall!
Not sure whether this makes it a car now and therefore should have seat belts, but bloody cheap motoring if you ask me.
