the baotian ones are well established and been going for years .. the gy6 50cc and the 125cc (forgot their code) are good motors just need looking after, they are all carbed models and basic in their design, its the lack of descent nuts and bolts and cables stretching, that hold it all together thats the only real issue... but as a cost option buy and if you tinker and know your way around a scoot and just want a commuter they are a great budget buy, mine was reliable 100% when i had it, needs a rear disk really and not good at stopping if you ever two up .. but if you on a budget why pay for a used scoot that has probably got some issues when you can have new one and still have learning/issues
