Yup, at the end of the day it's just a matter of personal taste. I've had all types/make of bike and loved them all even a shonky 1959 BSA Bantam 3 speed, I'm sure I'll feel the same about the Fat Bob.

The fat bob is hell a lot different to a sportster, my mates got a 1800cc wide glide i think it is, fat to heavy for me

Shiny black, I'm Old Skool.
As a matter of interest the Wide Glide was what I went to see originally, it has the same frame and motor, wire wheels with just one front disc, raked out front forks and other bits.
They didn't have a Wide Glide demo so I took a matte sand Fat Bob out instead and thought, "This is lovely but can't stand the colour".
