The thing with 125s like the Xmax (169kg) and the Swing (156kg) is that they weigh roughly the same as some scoots with much more poke.
Scoots like the X-evo 400 (171kg) for example.

at 77 years young.. the Xevo is too heavy for ridinhigh.. i think you should be looking at the honda sh125 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2012-12-HONDA ... 258865c799" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

or honda pes125 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2013-63-Honda ... 5d465e19e4" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
around the £2000 mark
or equally as nippy and agile are the sym symphony newish at £1700 and yamaha x enter ll the above are around 100kg and with fuel around 108kg and easy to get your leg over as a flat running board... but if you still like the motorbike style look then the Gilera Runner at either the 125 or the 200cc a muppet has a 200cc and loves it timeless classic and around 135kg so still less than the rest and goes like stink :lol: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UnRegistered- ... 1e76a2434f" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

anyways you can search specs on all scoots which will show there dry weight here http://www.bikez.com/125cc/index.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

good luck mate
I cant seem to remember.. I don't know where I'm going, but I'm on my way.

Aprilia Sport City Cube 300 is a nice light scooter with a bit of poke. Rather a bargain when I bought one new a year and a half ago for about 3k.

sorry 8-) i getting on and my memory is crap :P

its the only way to get the weight down and yet they are very nippy, if you think of your 400cc and my nexus 500, we rarely give it some welly really, but for me its about the 2 up versatility of the scoot ...its awesome and does not affect the scoot and i love riding it, with a 125cc you can and generally do .. give it welly and its fun in that way, as i recall from a 2011 125cc i had, so there is plenty of choice in the 125cc market, look at which dealers are around you and see what they sell :D
