So many companies want you to download now without thinking about how long it takes. I was interested in looking at the new Citroen Cactus , I gave up trying to down load that one. You should have taken up Steve from SYM UK offer to send it out to you, mine came with a new key ring and a scooter shaped USB stick. I have to say the new brochure looks far more professional than the old one.

A PDF brochure for each bike in depth and a summary brochure would have been fine,
The ability to identify parts and buy them online with prompt delivery would have resulted in a sale however.

Right click, save link and it d/l for me in about 17 seconds.
I can upload to the cloud if that would help?
It is, however, very light on detail and content, and I can't see why it couldn't have been 4 meg!

The funny thing is that there was absolutely nothing wrong with their previous website.
Some of the scooter specifications needed updating and that was it, I view the redesign as a complete waste of resources better spent on improving customer service.
Rather more useful for a company with few dealers would be a way to download the technical manuals and a method of obtaining spares without hunting out reluctant dealers who then tell you how great Suzuki support is when you find them.
