X9's are only a little bit heavier than a midi scooter anyway, the other bikes you listed are about the same weight as well.

opinions... dont do it :D the dealer will know his stuff if he could get it to run it would be worth more for him to sell ... so dont think about it.. honest :D where you based :?:

Welcome Simon.

I too have a left hand issue. Not had a geared bike since last August and I "borrowed" a Versys 1000 whilst my J300 was having it's service. Lovely bike and although the (cable operated clutch) was quite light, I started to feel a bit of discomfort after about half an hour. I'm 50 and it is probably arthritis. Good luck with your research - you'll find a great deal of good advice on here. I've only been a member for a month but I'm already happier with this forum than some others - maxi-muppets don't take themselves too seriously :P

looking at one of the 500cc piaggios, past test on that I'll have the up to 57bhp auto only license

Hello everyone...........I've just been on the Air ambulance weekend at Bull in the thorn. I enjoyed it so much! Thanks to all the members there making me feel so welcome! Apart from the awful weather I thoroughly enjoyed it. I can't wait for the next one! Wherever it is....I'll see you there!
