FUNKY! OUCH! I'm glad you are (relatively) fine; shame about the bike. :(

Maybe the insurance would be enough to do the 50th anniversary kit, if you like it?

My zorst is fine, panels on the other hand... front left nose is split down 15 cms, left yamaha logo panel smashed, belly pan left side all lugs ripped off, rear left scrapped almost through, oil bath cover scraped, oil bath scraped.

But as I am going through insurance it could be a toss up to write off or make as new...if i have to suggest, because of the vinyl wrap, that they replace with standard so they don't write her off it may not be worth it...

Looks to me like the road markings are completely wrong and could easily have contributed to this incident.

You said trailer, was it an articulated HGV?

Car with small light trailer, I stay well away from HGVs, if it had just been the car it would have been a close miss. I reckon he forgot he was towing when he pulled across.
