Ah but then you can sling a couple of side cases on your Burgalman and suddenly you're 60 litres of storage ahead again!

What - only 60 litres? I've got a top box of over 53 litres plus two whopping side panniers. Actually two sets - a day to day set of 21 litres each and a going away with the Mrs set of 35 litres each. I am wider than a Mini when loaded up. Guess who gets all that space and who gets a bag under the seat?
I reckon we can carry more luggage than we do when we fly anywhere.
Out of interest has anyone ever had a trailer on a Maxi?

Many years ago, I was a drummer in a band ha ha, the only means of transport was my Lambretta Li 150, and yes you can get a full drum kit on a scooter, you can't see where the fuck you're going , but fit they did
Oh to be young and stupid again

Such things are not unknown. I knew someone who had a trailer for his Burger 650 (now that's what you call luggage space!!!), though its quite effective to hook up even quite small (200cc+) scoots.

Well, you could always be old and stupid instead!

Many people seem to find this combination easily achievable..............
