On the Silverwing website this is a very emotive issue. Car tyres on two wheelers ,in this country are illegal. In North America probably not, as they tend to tow things behind thier scooters, it may be that it suits some of them. I have experimemted with different tyres from those advised by Mr Honda ( all Scooter tyres). My findings where that Mr Honda knew best so i stick with the basics and have no problems.

They do get a bit intense on there, I must admit, but I'll stay a bit longer.(Maybe!!
Strikes me as a bit odd that the moderator doing the banning was banned himself a while back for comments like 'WTF?' Double standards!

Banned for being a . He told me they're also pissed off because he wouldn't pass on safety info about the mods he made to his Airflow screen after losing two top sections. They should be grateful he alerted other Airflow owners to the problems he had and if they were really concerned about it they could make their own screen mods or take up with Givi. I haven't read about any Airflow top screens coming off in the last couple of years on here or anywhere else so it's not really a safety issue. Unlike sticking on any old car tyre you can lever on to your silverwing and and calling yourself a Darksider. I sort of asked to be banned from that forum a while ago and they duly obliged.

Over the years of being on many forums around the world ,it does appear that some of our brothers over the pond ,struggle with our english, sorry british humour and more so our straight talking honest opinions . It appears that when we make opinions ,unless it agrees with theirs they really get a cobb on . This does effect a minority and i must say i have found it funny , yes i have been banned before and probably will again . Thats why i like this one as we all say what we want .

Who cares if they banned you i probabley should have been myself for some of my comments i make here and there.
Sounds like he owns the site and long should keep it. And put it where the sun dont shine.
This great forum was probabley founded for similair reasons as i am not the only one to have found those few i might add from the otherside of the Atlantic to cut you down wherever possible. Keep the posts coming every forum needs someone like you to keep them honest.
Why shouldnt you be able to voice ones opinion.
If one dosnt like it tuff.
9 times out of 10 if someone gets something out of it, the post that is then that is great which is the sole intention of the OBJECTIVE!!!!!!
