Hello and welcome.
I started off on a Honda Pantheon 125. Very good wind/weather protection. Good storage under the seat. Hits 70mph plus of course you have Honda reliability. Here's one on ebay bang on your budget at the moment. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2006-56-HONDA ... 2edae80f92

Pantheon is a bit long in the tooth now, isn't it? Surely there are S-Wing at that price?

But don't discount the Satelis. I ran 3 of them up to between 25,000 to 35,000 miles each and they gave me hardly any trouble at all. They are also available with ABS which is not common on 125cc, even today. The executive model which had ABS also gets the integral Abus system. Altogether these make the Satelis about the safest and the most secure bike you can get.
