Posted this elsewhere. Probably in the wrong place. Met with a few of you at the air ambulance run. If any one is travelling down from the Leicester direction M1- A14 and wants to meet up along the way. The company would be appreciated.

i will be coming off the A50 and down the M1 to the A14 , so you pick a meeting place and i will try to meet up with you , I will confirm it with you closers to the date ,

google maps reading three and a half hours of mostly motorway miles for me to get to the meeting, so Ive decided not to come, hope you all have a great meet and the weather holds out for you.

Hi all. Just a suggestion. As there's no ride out on this meet. And the muppets travelling north are having a bit of a senic route. If any one travelling south fancied meeting up at Leicester forest M1. On across to Leicester. On to the A47 towards Uppingham / Wansford joining the A14 @ Huntingdon. A1 to Royston. Venue.. I know a great cafe on the A47 in my top 5 in the UK. I drive class 1 for a living, so I have attended a few. Also there's loads of parking. Would be a good stopping point for a future run. No harm to reci while passing. Just a thought. This route would break the monotony of the motorway / dual carriage way.???

I hate motorways ,there just not enjoyable so I avoid them at all costs . My suggestion to spacey is relax and take the syndic route .
