The ride itself is 120 miles starting from Poplar services. So yes probably 170/180 for Alan when he's home. If it looks like its going to piss down or is Pissing down on the day. I have a plan B which involves North Wales (if that direction is better) I guess we'll just keep an eye on the weather. I don't mind a bit of rain but I'm not riding all day in a downpour unless I have to. I might take my Youngest on the back of my new one if its ready, so it might be a steady pace or 2 groups if you prefer.

I imagine it will be roughly 12. If you pm me a mobile no I can txt you when we leaving the rocket centre which will be about 1 hour from Hawes.

I'll be in Cardiff that day, so it's a no from me unfortunately.

228 miles of motorway to get that far north, plus I have a appointment with the optician in the morning so count me out
