I had a mate who used to have dogtags around his neck until he came off on ice one day, tags made a nice cut around his neck and a little deeper and he would have been history..I also had a mate ( the operative word being Had ) who used to put a spare set of keys in the thigh pocket of his pants. He came off one day and the largest key ( ignition ) embedded it's self in his leg. He bled to death before the medics arrived.. Take note put your keys in a side jacket pocket.

Working in Bradford I don't come across many rtcs but the bikers I've come across I've never known about dog tags .
Blood transfusions are generally done in hospital and they have the equipment to check blood type.
We normally give fluid to replenish and txa , and analgesic depending on situation which one we give.
I wouldn't recommend wearing anything around your neck in general , wallet or smartphone apps is something we do check

Rollers and belts are one of those jobs that are daunting to do the first time but after that its easy as pie and you'll wonder why you were worried in the first place. as others have said Plenty of videos on YouTube on how to do them.

Personally I have my other halfs number stored under I.C.E in my phone and I.C.E cards in the lining of each of my helmets with a small sticker to say there's one in there. My local bike shop hands them out free and they seem to work. Was knocked unconscious after a car rear ended me in June and the card in the helmet was how they Identified who I was and who to call etc.

+1 for me and Mrs B. Apparently the card and helmet sticker system wasn't widely known about when we got ours. Hopefully it's more well known now, it seems like a really good scheme.
