I thought wearing matching race leathers with knee sliders and having lots of alloy bling on the bike made it go faster?

yea getting a bigger bike is the cheaters way of getting speed, but its an achievement and impressive when you manage to improve a scooters top speed or torque from standard setting to a new improved figures.
Best thing you can do is get a big bore kit, performance variator kit and maybe a unrestricted CDI unit

I had a 250 Majesty i got new from a mate for not a lot, be about 1999 i think. He bought it in Germany when he was in the Army and brought it home with him, only done 700 miles when i got it as they kept sending him away to do stuff

Any way i was a hairy biker in them thar days and bought it because i was about to go into hospital for the big operation on my leg. I had a feeling would need some thing not as heavy as the 100GSPG
Spent a fortune on tuning stuff 300cc kit ( 286cc ) and all the bits to try and stay close to my biker mates....Just made it use parts at an alarming rate, front suspenders and rear shocks all done but still would not go round corners as i wanted
Don't waste your money on scooter tuning stuff buy a bigger bike.
