Beauty must be in the eye of the beholder - but it’s horrible!

Well...they are different at least! Quite cool really. And quite a decent power output in something that weighs as much as a moped, so it sounds like (impractical) fun until it gets nicked!

I did some investigation into this bike,

They have all been reserved and even the other colours are virtually all reserved.

However, production hasnt started as yet, so it is going to be a long time before the physical bikes appear.

Whatever colour you like, it is going to be a long wait and probably secondary market only if you didnt get a deposit down some time ago...

That's a very good question....to which I can't find the answer, except that they are 'made in Ital'y! The 200 version puts out 20bhp in something that weighs only 112kg which sounds hilarious to ride!

Motogb are the UK's Italjet importer. Good luck getting parts if something breaks. They do SYM and several other brands and their parts supply is shite.

I'm wondering how long ago you had that issue Drago. I've used them loads to get stuff for customer bikes and never had an issue, mostly Sym stuff. I suppose it depends what you are after. But I can say that Motgb had upped it's game over the last couple of years and now seem to be much more on par with everyone else. That's my experience anyway.

Twice I've had issues getting parts for my Joymax. Last year in January 5 weeks off the road waiting for a new throttle body. They tried to blame the Chinese new year for difficulty of parts. Though in the end they got the part from Belgium! And right now my Joymax has been off the road for a month waiting for a new radiator fan. The fan malfunctioned, it literally melted itself to the radiator and blew out the fuse. Was left waiting for an hour by the road for the engine to cool down enough so that the fan wouldn't kick in and blow the fuse. The engine wasn't even near the red on the temp gauge. My dealer who has dealt with SYM for over twenty years says the new importer is a pain to deal with. My Joymax is still under it's five year warranty so its good they've honoured it but having to wait over a month a go is really poor. I've never had issues with 'normal' consumables - belts, air filters etc. It's just non service parts that are a big issue. Plus they are now no longer importing SYM Maxi's to the UK. SYM are a good brand but are being shafted by a shite importer that clearly doesn't really give a toss. I wouldn't touch any brand motogb deals with.
