Lines are blurred. There are 125 Maxi Scooters such as the Forza 125, and Xmax 125, and 300 - 400 scooters that manufacturers insist are not Maxis like the SH350, BV400 etc.
If you want to call it a Maxi, it's a Maxi. If you don't, it's not.
