Rebuilt the engine in the nexus, just the transmission to sort then put back in the bike.

Hi Chris,mottza wrote:What u getting?
I thought long and hard over this one as I wanted something physically bigger than the SH300 to transport two in comfort.
I wasn't sure about the Honda Integra, felt that the Beverly sport touring didn't offer much more than the SH and the 'big' Bugrman, well, as I previously had one before the SH300, I wanted a change. In the end I opted for one with the letters BM in it -Yep, you've guessed it..........................................A Burgman 400!

I have got a long way to go to catch up with Mark (Horobags). That said, Mark and I do have something in common though, we are both members of the famous 'Ugly' bunch!

Could be a mistake on the Suzuki gb site, but it shows that the non-abs 400 is available in WHITE.

Hi Dave,
White would have been nice but I opted for a grey one which matches the colour of the GSX1250.
Also, I found a second hand one at a dealers with only 500 miles on it, just had its first service and £1200 less than a new one, so previous owner basically paid the VAT. Result!

Re: What have you done to your Scooter today?
hard to tell. The one I removed was a race can and I did not like the noise it made, it did not suite a scooter - does that sound daft? got the same race can on my xv100 and that sounds deep and loud, it suites the bike.Clive wrote:Deeping wrote:found a stainless steel exhaust on ebay for a Z750 kwaker and fitted it to my T-Max
Sound much different?
Back to the tmax sound, volume is about the same as OEM but more of a woosh than a vroom, really hard to describe a sound when you need to write it down. The noise does not attract attention when speeding - sorry I ment riding with due care and attention. Top speed may be 5MPH faster but 0 to 60 is well improved.
My theory was, right or wrong, if it was OEM for a 750 with the restrictions that it intales, if I only gas it with a lower reving and less CC motor it might not reach the point where the restrictions make a difference. All in all it seems to work well
Never instal version 1.0
