Still raining here. The X9 will keep u dry though. I was dry on the Hastings run when it really fell down. Just don't stop!

OK you guys ,its 9am and it is still bucketing down on Canvey ,,i dont mind a shower but this is over the top.as soon as it calms down i will phone mottza and catch up with you all.

I am going to duck out of this, its absolutely hammering it down here now and I'll be like a drowned rat when I get to the 8 ball. Sorry guys... just don't fancy trying to dry out the whole day.

Just so everyone knows the meet is happening at the Little Chef further up the A12 because the 8 Ball cafe is closed for some reason today.

We're proper hard riders us lot! Me, Dave Weller, Silverbonce and Poldark all went through hours of heavy rain and bad flooding to get to some pie and mash. Terry turned up in his camper van. Some of the worst weather I had seen for some time and rode in.
No photos as I forgot the camera and wasn't going to get the phone wet.

Got back in one piece, thanks for a nice day lads even though most of it was under water. pie and mash was great,,
Got to do it again one day.
Gonna have shower and get ready for Ken Dodd.
