Still no Dr Pulley bits... hopefully they will come tomorrow morning when I have the scoot in bits to do the other stuff... if not I will have to take her apart again next weekend
I think I enjoy the puzzle as much as riding

Changed fork oil seals and oil. Then a service. Since my tomtom rider stopped working got a ultimate add ons waterproof case for my s5. So I now have sat nav. Adjusted the change. Ordered some caliper bolts so will fit them before we go Saturday

Oil filled, topped up the coolant, ran the scoot, let it cool a bit then checked the oil level, topped up a tad.
And then rode it like I stole it.... god I have missed Brisk Plugs and the Sprint filter helps some too I think... now if only the Dr Pulleys had come too!

In a bid to remove the harshness of my SYM GTS300 (Voyager/Legrande) front forks under braking I'd taken them off a little while ago for re-oiling.
These are known for being unevenly filled and having too little oil.
So today I emptied the forks of the old dirty oil (had to use an impact driver to get the tops off), twice flushed/pumped with with new oil and refilled with 107cc of Yamalube 10W fork oil. Also flattened a couple of little bumps on the chrome so my seals last.
Just under 100cc came out and I got the 107cc spec. from a French SYM forum, so it made sense to go with that.
After filling they had even oil levels of 230mm (spring in, fully extended, cap off), instead of the 245mm and 260mm before the change. This should reduce dive (less air space) and the new quality oil will work better anyway.
Ready to refit and torque up.
