Hi Den, yes the other wheel went in the scrap bin at the lads garage. Just

waiting on the new rear tyre, and Tony to pull his finger out and paint the front panel.De-gunged all the screws and gave the heads a coat of black paint, i have some plastic pop pins on the way also. today i have been making a wiring loom for a Fergy Tractor that Tony has painted for a guy across the street...Bugger putting them back together as ever little thing weighs a ton

Ha, all the other scoot guys I knock about with are retired and have all the time in the world (they keep telling me !) I cant wait to retire so I can potter and fettle to my hearts consent. I will be quite happy in my shed till me times up
For me its about time and space, time to be able to do things and space to spread out cos a 30'x100' garden aint doing it for me, I want a field or out buildings

Fueled it... since installing the Sprint Air Filter and Brisk Spark Plugs my mpg has gone up by about 5-6 mpg
My DrPulleys are not installed yet but that should help even more

Replaced the seized rear brake cable on the black Helix. This is the most fiddly job on the bike and required most of the bodywork to be off, so while I was in there I fitted a new fusebox. The permanent live was goosed on the old one so now its clock and trip meter work again. Also had the bash plate off, grit blasted and sprayed with stone chip - much better

Just the front caliper to rebuild now and it'll be ready for the MOT. Can't believe its nearly 2 years since I rode it last

If so i will get some tomorrow, but it will have to be
one at a time as my broadband is as slow as the fax
machines 38k is as fast as it will go, on a very good
day i once had 68k that is the old ISDN speed
I am 9miles from the Exchange on a rural overhead route
and what is under ground is shite old Aluminum cable
Sposed to be getting fibre into the house this year, most of
the work has been done so can't be too long now.
