As expected the other party is claiming they were in the middle lane and were not at fault... I would have rear ended them not hit the side of the trailer

If I have to... I was told today they are allowed 3 months from 08/08 to 'investigate'

It's standard practice to dispute fault.

It even happened when I was hit from the rear by a kid in his Mum's car, when I was stationary in a queue of traffic. :roll:
