Changed the oil with Fully Synthetic at 3762 miles, all 1100cc

Apart from riding it, did absolutely nothing else..but that was enough..

Even if I'd been in a bad mood before, that 20 mile ride would have put me in a good one. (for my TMax)

Did some work on the SilverWing over the last couple of days...
Checked the sparky plugs,
Checked the valve clearances,
Checked the belt.
Changed the oil and filter,
Removed, cleaned and greased the brake lever pivots (small job that's often neglected - surprising how it can smooth things out),
Checked the battery voltage and charging current
and finally got around to fitting a plug/socket into the lead to my top box so now I can take it off if I want to.

In the middle of doing that I managed to get the mot done and fit in a 300 mile ride

Incidentally (apart from the 25 quid for the mot) the rest cost me zilch pounds...
Most of it was just checking and I found just enough oil in the garage and a new Honda oil filter in my box of bits that I'd forgotten about!

Gonna keep busy since the PCX is due quite a bit of TLC. Valve clearances for one which involves lots of plastic stripping.
At the very least the exhaust is overdue a good scrape off and lick of paint.

Also the SilverWing is 5 years old now so could do with the brake fluid and coolant being changed.

Can't complain I suppose since I've not had to do anything much to them for the last year.

Oh, and they both need a bleedin' good wash...

Had a run out to Cardiff for the evening on the Xevo

Had a new front tyre fitted today and the rear was new last week. We will see how the Battlax TH01 replacement SC's work. apparently the SC's have had a compond change my previouSC on the rear feathered terribly.
