Chased Wemoto to see when my Motad Venom would be with me....bad news, not until NEXT Friday or the following Tuesday!!!!

That's the 8th or 11th, ordered and paid for on the 23rd...A Motad problem, not Wemoto themselves I'm told.

Will arrange for the Burger to be picked up and have new tyres fitted in the meantime.

Another week on the loaned Honda City Fly.....Aaaaagh

Decided it would be best to respray the whole rear wheel of the Nexus rather than patching it as there a few chips in the paint all over, so am nearly done sanding but still need to fill in sections.

Buyer is still a potential buyer so long as I make the rear wheel as good as before.

Any one have an idea what metal the Brembo callipers are? Mine got scraped by the wavy rear disk... looks functional still but don't want it to rust if its steel.

Fitted the rack and topbox to the Burgman, easy enough but drilling the holes in the rear panel was nerve racking!

Sun was out shining,so rode down to Vines .[BWM Dealer] "yes we have a few demo,s," mmmmm. So stated with the new BWM G650 GS Sertao, then it rained not little bits just bleeding hard & heavy, got 400 yards, couldnt see, road flooded, stopped under a tree.No over jacket on,water went straight though, turned round, got stuck behind dustcart, more wet, pulled in bloke said "what one BWM 16- OR THE BWM 1000RR","No thanks next time".
So what was it like..?? Gearbox very tight, nice riding postion, they are going to let me know when they have the GS 650 Single in,coffee was nice, left then the sun came out, bleeding sods law. :)
