New chain and sprockets arrived today ,so started stripping and cleaning ready to fit the new parts tomorrow . I purchased the new set with slightly different gearing with the aim to improve acceleration . I purchased from italy and got a great deal and service .

Stripped and checked cleaned greased etc all the rear suspension and swing arm bushes and bearings .

Passed MOT with only two advisory
Low brake pads and a number plate bulb out
Looks like a trip up to lyn's soon .

Brought a can of high temp paint for Symbad's exhaust of eBay .500 ml brush on type as will need it on regular basis just need trip to poundland get some cheap brushes now .Givi screen came the other day it's massive just waiting for fitting kit to arrive .Had to pay more through UK supplier in the end for fixing kit screen itself was a bargain .

added cree led spot lights and heated grips ready for the winter

just waiting for back splash guard and factory alarm to come....

You don't legally need a number plate light on a motorbike or scooter , but if fitted it must work. I removed mine when I did tail tidy on tmax and it passed mot.

You don't legally need a number plate light on a motorbike or scooter , but if fitted it must work. I removed mine when I did tail tidy on tmax and it passed mot.

yes you are right the bulb was not working but still passed the MOT ,

Not my scoot but wrapped the exhaust heat shields on the vanvan

Took my Vespa GTS 300 for its 5000km service today. Down at Colchester Kawasaki. I must say, what a great bunch of people. I was made to feel like a customer should!
