Refitted repaired panel to Mr T, rode to Crescent to collect a part, came back and rode CBF. Washed and polished both bikes.
Noticed the CBF exhausts need the Solvol treatment again.
Must try the ACF50 on them next time.

Had a great ride out today and had a visit to a bike dealers and parked my bum on a few machines that I could actually mount . I liked the Indian scout but preferred the victory version the octane for its looks .

Can't remember which website I logged onto but £1000 off a new victory model and Polaris have guaranteed parts/warranty for next ten years. I'm sure a better deal could be doneFerret wrote:Had a great ride out today and had a visit to a bike dealers preferred the victory version the octane for its looks .

I will be keeping my eye out for a good deal I think .I do however think Polaris are just going to rebrand to Indian to give them more prestige especially as I can't see them just wasting a great product . The Indian scout is very similar but rear suspension travel is not good for two up riding . Yet I still really enjoy the srv so I might just stick with that .

Guy at the end of the road who visits and Ive not had a chance to chat with has an Indian dark Horse and it certainly looks moody and sounds great.
