MY only comment would be - How much!
I quite like them, they're pretty, but that looks way too expensive for anyones liking isn't it?

Yep, £3000 for a PX is about £1200 too much.
Then again, given how few of them are sold, the price may as well be £5000, the few people who really want them would still buy them at that price.

Oh come on £1800 is stupidly cheap, thats what you pay for cheap SYMs and the like. The PX is labour intensive to make and is made from metal, you know that stuff thats better than plastic! Your PCX is now £2500 and a BWS £2700 so the PX isnt priced too badly really, especially as its actually made in Europe and not some thried world country! Maybe it should be nearer £2500?

Plastic doesn't rust.
I wouldn't buy a PX for £3000, if it was £1800 I just might.
A Sym Fiddle 2 is only £1600

No scooter is made from all-plastic, they ALL have metal frames. The only difference with this one is that it has easily-swappable and dent-repairable metal body work.

Personally I hate the things anyway, but I can see why people like them. My own little weird-love is Vauxhall Magnums and Firenzas, and they were old even when they were launched. Each to their own.

Ive been looking at the how many left site and it states the following figures for 2011.

Vespa PX 125 2011.... 384 new registrations
Vespa LX 125.... 180
LML star 2t... 108
Yamaha BWS 125... 138
SYM Fiddle 125...125

Could go on but I think it shows the PX isnt selling too badly compared to some, cant find the PCX?

Heres a thing, it reckons Suzuki only sold 26 Burgman 400 L1 models last year!!!!!! Also, there are only 54 Xevo 400s on the UK roads.... surely Suzuki sold more than 26?

The PCX is listed under it's full designation WW 125 EX2-A

More of them sold in 2011 than all of those you listed added together.
