The drag coefficient of bikes / scoots are simply appalling, so thats why they don't publish them!! The open front wheel is an aerodynamic disaster area, so playing with the rest of the bodywork to improve aero efficiency is pointless. However, a wind tunnel can be usefully employed to to ensure stability, and help produce a good screen and fairing design to reduce turbulence for the rider.
