Its only for fun you do remember fun don't you Mr grumpy lol I've wanted a 2 stroke for a while and went water cooled auto option plus it was only £331 LOL

Thanks to all, some good answers. So the modern Maxi could be said to have started with Honda. The Helix.

The helix/cn250 engine still lives on most chinese 250 quads have a chinese cf moto helix clone engine

I always liked the hex, the 250 had a honda engine if Im not mistaken(gtx) the only bugbare being the manifold joint kept blowing, the 180 2 stroke engines are quite sharp if a little thirsty. looky devil pikey, dont forget to show us some pics.

Usual trad ride is 45/50 mph tops and 40 mile max each way so not worrying about fuel and oil .On a good note its sounds great without being loud like some with expansion pipes on .Plus its a good size not tiny like trad scoots good leg room .If I go any distance will be in back of van ride it when get there.
