Well I must agree with Spaceprobe on the quality as I certainly notice the fit and finish on the Joymax is excellent. I agree that not being able to test one is a problem. As I never saw or tested either of my SYM's prior to buying them. But I never got to try out the PCX either. Its hard for dealers to hold stock of machines that are not on top of the sales list. They will fill up with sports bikes and 125 scoots that sell. But maxi's are a different case.

Yes I think that's why that roadshow idea is a good one.

Never tried any of the brand new motorbikes or scooters I have owned but having done loads of research I have never been disappointed! Love the Burgman 650 picked up last week. Already done 200 miles on it!

Not sure if the road show would work, the costs involved with transport and not to mention advertising the fact of the roadshow being in a certain area etc etc I would rather see two elete dealers, one north and one south where you can see the newest scooter available. The elete dealers would buying the scoot at a reduced demo price then they know they could pass on the scoot without loss.

off the top of my head.. which car manufacturers have one showroom in uk

no dealers

but do it all themselves.... thats why i initially said that the sym hq could have a demo hospitality area, seen as they are central based
