Don't need it right up until you do need it at which point its too late.
The first journey I made driving an ABS equipped vehicle, an artic did a u-turn right in front of me without any warning.
The driver was trying to squeeze through a gap in the central reservation.
Suffice to say I learned the advantages of ABS first hand in a few very long seconds.
I managed to brake and swerve to the left and just got round behind the back of it.
Without ABS I might well have hit it.

Here we go again.If you need it.You have it.I Don't want it.And yes I have been riding 37 years.Have had all the BIG OLD Superbikes.And rode the Kawasaki Z1300.Some miles.But its peoples choice .

I am not against ABS btw, i'm all for it. Just saying the choice is always going to be there as long as the pre-2016 bikes are in traffic. Just got to buy them 2nd hand thats all.
