Hey, it did a good job! I've since met another rider who had one of those Texans, all the shiny bits turned brown within 12 months, but he had it for four years/15000mi until he passed his test, so not bad at all for the outlay.

I really, really wanted to buy a new Chinese made 250cc Siamoto Gecco (Honda rebel clone) - but it was only 9 percent more powerful (torque/weight ratio) than my current Chinese made 125cc Zontes tiger - so I bought a South Korean made 250cc maxi scooter instead - way more speed and power than the Chinese made 250cc bike
