What is a very pleasant surprise revealed in the vid is the customer service where the seller contacted him to state that they had identified faults on a batch of the rucksacks and sent him a free voucher for a new one.

How many sellers of cheap rucksacks, or very expensive ones either, would go to such lengths? Most of them would replace a faulty item where a customer complained but to be pro-active and contact all their customers in that batch about the fault without the user complaining and then issue a free voucher is remarkable for just £20.

And just in case you thought Kriega were expensive...
