There's a place in Greece for OEM parts "Makina " but enough service parts on eBay even if have to order outside UK .

Its not good is it, Sym have some cracking scoots, but having to order from Greece/waiting since feb,

, you can get stuff for 70's classic jap bikes easier.

Most of used parts on eBay are in Italy .Roll of gorilla tape and zip ties for cracked plastics.

Thanks for the feedback on Gates, I will give them a try and if unsuccessful I will purchase belt from eBay. Regarding Sym parts, I have not had any problems in sourcing consumables. As others have mentioned, Makina parts are a good source as is eBay. I recently had to replace the oil pressure sensor and after a little research I found and alternative to the OEM part and saved £35.

Checked the belt and rollers today and surprisingly they were still within tolerance and no noticeable wear/ cracks on the belt after nearly 20,000 kilometres. Going to leave it for another 5,000 then check again.
