Fancy some handguards but can't find any other than some rubbish on Ali express

I've noticed that Givi do alternative screens for the Forza in various heights, most of them being rather wider at the bottom to give some wind protection for the hands. Something like this might be a substitute for acutal handguards, if wind protection is what you are looking for.

Yes……i had a look at the aftermarket screens when i first got the Forza,the airflow one would be my choice if i were to go down that Avenue,i have the heated grips and a good set of gloves,but the guards were a good feature on my ADV,you’ve kinda got me thinking now MrGrumpy,i am gonna have to go back on the Givi site now

Re. XCP1 - put it this way, it's an absolute PIG to get off in the spring - which must tell us something.
The inside of metal mudguards get a good coating with it....

Jizer or Gunk is great for removing the stuff,plus there water soluble so not to nasty to use on your scooter or bike

Elbow grease is good https://www.bmstores.co.uk/products/elb ... 0ml-345773 and cheaper than Gunk also it can be used in the kitchen and not smell like gunk . If you have ever tried to clean the tops of kitchen cupboards they can be tough , spray with Elbow grease and wipe clean it is that good. Also in lots of other outlets .

What nutter calls a product 'Elbow Grease'???? Or is it a mark of genius, given that traditional Elbow Grease, ie effort and hard work, is the one thing i'm notoriously short of!

It's been a while and I've read with interest about the the Forza 750 as a future scoot for myself .I note the comments about chain maintenance etc and here is my take .I found that using Lanoguard moto products on my current and some previous machines to be far superior to any !mentioned in this post .The product is natural and contains no solvents .The moto grease does not doing off the chain and no rust appears ,even a pressure washer does not strip it off unless at point blank range .one application lasts a long time with a top up with the moto spray variant .The same moto spray I've used in the same way as acf50 with better results .It's safe to use on anything except brake discs lol.The protection against road salts is tbh been the best I've ever used.Chain life has been greatly improved and I've got 28k on my current set .This product certainly made for quieter running .To remove come spring time I also found that a c citrus household cleaner was the best option .I'm hoping the new Forza has inherited the performance boost that the nc range has as this will make it so much more appealing .

There is a test of the Forza 750 in this month's edition of the More Bikes freebie. Doesn't say much we don't already know. Another one who only got 60mpg from it!

I'm already getting 63 mpg from my forza...that's on the 1st tank of fuel!
