Ive also had a new ECU, and suffered a stall for 1st time on1st trip afterwards. Very unhappy, and no longer trusting my bike.
Have called dealer, who in turn have promised to get in touch with Honda.
Just wish I hadn't bothered right now... Any advice from others appreciated!

Just had mine done today, but on returning my scoot had an unusual vibration noise when I entered our estate I then noticed 2 exhaust bolts missing. I phoned Honda immediately and they said the exhaust was never touched, but to bring it in, seen as it has been a miserable old day, I declined and said I would bring it in tomorrow. Am I right in saying the SH300 has 3 bolts holding it to the frame and if yes how did the other 2 go unnoticed?

First stall yesterday, just a sort of 'phwot' sound - not the same sound as you'd get from poor clutch control
on a manual.

It happened when stationary (waiting to pass an obstruction), after climbing a short steep hill two-up, I have
no idea if that is relevant though.

Now we are up to 540 miles, it is worth doing the ECU change at the same time as the 600 mile service.

Incidentally, at about 450 miles, the engine seemed to noticeably improve performance-wise. I hadn't
expected this, I thought the concept of 'running-in' was from a previous age.

Cheers

Mine stalled again today
I was waiting at the front of some traffic lights, the lights went green I opened the throttle and the thing cutout :(
It is a definite safety issue, the car behind nearly ran in to me when the lights turned green
Not happy......

Cured my Stalling issue today, I traded it in for a 2009 Burgman 650 with 6500 miles on the clock in absolutely Mint condition :D
I will miss the SH300, definitely one of the better scoots I have owned over the years (And I have owned quite a few!)
I had to collect the Burgervan from Rochdale (130 mile trip each way) the little SH300 performed brilliantly on the trip up there, speed never dropped much below 70mph all the way :)

Hmm doesn't give me much confidence to have mine done.

I have resisted up to now as I don't have a stalling problem.

Is there a time limit for this recall ?

It can't be mandatory, can it ... what if never got it done ?

My advice leave as is. Having said that I had mine done, but the scoot came back with two exhaust bolts missing and the dealer denied any knowledge as to where they went. I had to order them and fit them myself. I can't see them having rattled loose.
