Just getting more excited about this ride to Normandy just read about Airport Cafe it had a fire at same time of the spitfire going down ,and got a bad response of 30 minutes before fire brigade arrived, but all good news its now been refurbished and open Depends on your scooter, I found even going to Portugal and back that fuel wasn't really a big cost at all, perhaps because I avoided the motorways and therefore got good economy...ZOOM ZOOM GRANDAD1 wrote:I think this cash card may be a good idea for petro for when we are in France , me and Billy have got one ,

With experience of previous trips, we've found that on Sundays,, some pumps aren't always manned and therefore you can't always pay cash. Sunday is day 1 of the trip for most.
