second (or third?) puncture this year. What is with all the sharp metal spiky shit spread across London streets?!
Definitely going to have to try a plug thingy, and then put some goop stuff in my tyres, it's right grumping me off!
EDIT: ordered some PunctureSeal off Amazon. Do i need to plug the superslow leak i currently have? or just gloop it up?

If it's a slow leak just put the correct amount of ultraseal in ( check amount for your tyre size ) it's never let me down
to make the ultraseal go in easier put the bottle in warm water first

I thought I had a puncture last week but I hadn't!
When I got back home from work one day, I saw something on the front tyre of the baby Burger, and found it was metallic, so I assumed it was a nail or something gone into the tyre....however, it wasn't going down. Took it to bike workshop next day and it turned out it was only a square of metal that had got pushed into the tyre, not a bolt or screw or something that had gone right through!
Looked a bit of an idiot going into the workshop for a bit of metal lodged in the tyre, but I'd rather it was that way round than me remove it at home and hearing that 'SSSSSSSH' noise.
Just to make sure, workshop put some sort of gunge in the tyre - blue this time! However, the tyre hasn't got a huge amount of life left in it anyway.

Blue is ultraseal (puncturesafe)

I thought Ultraseal was the same colour as PunctureSeal (ie Pink). The colour is, of course, the most important thing about it!

How do you use that stuff?
Let the tyre down, inject it in, and then pump the tyre back up again?
I've heard good things about it, but never used it...

yes let the tyre down, take the inner valve out, connect the pipe to the valve stem (can be a bugger to get on but warm it up in hot water) connect the bottle to the pipe hold it up and squeeze the correct amount in ( check your tyre size with the guide in the box ) then re fit the inner valve and re inflate tyre then go for a short ride 2-3 miles you may notice a bit of vibe but don't worry that will go once it has spread inside the tyre

So do you do it at the garage? (for the air pump)
I might have a foot pump in the loft, but it'd be a bugger if it didn't work after deflating my tyre... Suppose i can do it at work, where the closest garage is much closer.
