Meh the power rangers round my way seem to be ok-ish apart from periodically ruining my commute by spreading themselves like jam across the A149. I don't know if there is a name for the type of people I have a problem with, they tend to have slightly beat up bikes either dualies or street/sports bikes and just drive like morons had one pull out infront of me yesterday on the way home, spent half the time all over the road messing around his helmet which clearly didn't fit before yanking on the throttle misjudging a gap and nearly slamming into the back of a van.

I've only been on a bike for 6 months but even I ride better and give us all a bad name.

If he's riding it like he stole it....perhaps he did just steal it, helmet and all!

I went to a local cafe last night which is also a bike meet, i was the only scooter rider there full stop, gotta say it does make me giggle watching the guys in the matching.white outfits to match their bikes walking they make look ok whilst on their bikes in those outfits but walking along a road they Don,t half look silly, and no one was even interested in talking to scooter rider so i was only there about 15 mins , won't bother again.

So next time a biker asks why you don't get a real bike, tell them it's because they are too slow.
My Citycom gets to 40mph faster than a weekend warrior on a XJR1300! :)

Yes, I do find the people who have matching bike and leathers really bizarre! Also the people who have race replica bikes (complete with all the right stickers) plus correct style team livery leathers.....who do they think they are trying to kid? Do they think we'll really confuse them for Shane Byrne or someone???

i think i have found a motorcycle club which is the exception , near where i live there's a bike club called
deal and district motorcycle club. I have now been on two ride outs with them and been to a club night held at a local public house and they are all interested in my scooter and all like it.
