It's like a baby burgman in size being thinner and shorter with a fairly low seat height. As It's being run in I was just plodding along but was easily getting to 60 mph with no real effort. Currently off the mark I'd say reasonable but again I was not in a hurry and will tell better once run in.
My gloves are 4lb heavier with water and I was soaked right through all of my clothes to my skin. Warming up now and looking forward to a lovely hot dinner.
I'll take more photos when the rain eventually stops.

Glad you seem to like the S3,i took the back rest off and fitted a givi top box with back rest to mine,the size is about the same as the X9,but a little lighter.For £3295.00 i think it's not a bad buy.Have you got a dealer near you or are you a diy man.

There is a 'so called' Daelim\Sym dealer very close to me who like a lot is a smallish independant with multiple brand names with no new stock apart from the very cheap 'chinese' stuff. The Daelim maintenance schedule after the initial 500km ot 1 month is every 6 months or 4000km. I'll see what the dealer quotes for the 1st service and if reasonable I'll let them do it as one rear foot peg needs looking at hopefully under warranty? I'm capable of doing my own scheduled maintanance and have the garage space with all necessary tools etc. The issue being, how pedantic Daelim/Motogb are about warranty claims and no dealer servicing, I'm definetly not going every 6 months just to feed the mechanics families.
I have noticed that the dealers are now advertising it with a colour coded top box, probably a promotion and in response to not being able to fit a ff helmet under the seat, similar to what Honda do.
@Gn The video I seen of a ff helmet being placed under the seat did not show the full operation with the seat fully closed, my standard medium size ff fits in but you can not close the seat.
Reasonalble morning until 11am so I'm going to pull it out and wipe it down from yesterdays puddle splashing.

All clean again and I temporarily fixed the pillion foot peg. A circlip was missing so I used some fine wire in the recess until I can get one or fixed on it's service. More piccies.....

Good pictures. Its so silly that you can only get a few ff helmets under there - the space looks pretty big!!!!

It's shallow and I can't see any 'normal' adult ff helmets fitting with the seat closed. Pity as it's a really good quality scooter.

I've got one of those - its probably very good, but I found it far too fiddly to bother with. When I'm 'on tour' and the underseat space & topbox are full, I use a U lock to attach the helmet to the passenger grab rail. I suspect its not that secure as presumably a determined thief could unscrew the rail.
