Tried, they were not interested as the road was not blocked, no liquid spills and I did not need an ambulance...

My back is now feeling bruised, my knee has lost more rotation, other joints are just sore. I am not exactly clear what happened between impact and lying in the road with someone asking if I was ok... not sure if I was out or my mind has blanked traumatic incident.

Seeing my self write that... maybe I should see a doctor

Ok you need to get checked over, take yourself off to A&E I am sure they wont be happy, just tell them things are not right. I am not happy about your loss of knee rotation and I would like to know what is going on.

Also if you have been found to be injured you need to let the police know and to suggest the driver be charged with careless driving

Sorry to hear about your off.

Definitely get yourself checked out at A&E or your walk in centre, better to be sure.

Sods law really that you didn't have your camera at the time.

Very much so. Especially with that knee. What you are saying that this isn't a minor accident, but you are suffering noticeable after affects (probably nothing long term though), so this is an insurance job, especially with the extensive and expensive damage to the scooter. You need to record these symptoms, how severe they are, what they stop you doing. Its the full works I'm afraid - claims, legal action etc. Yes, I imagine Police won't be interested.

Solicitors are sorting out getting me examined and and physio, all symptoms are being recorded twice a day. I am feeling no ill effects typical of concussion like feeling sick, headaches etc. Will be going to the doctors any way tomorrow... don't think A&E is worth it I can see my doctor in the morning.

Yeah...unless you are actively dieing and can arrive in an ambulance, the wait at A&E can be terrible. If the Doc finds something serious, you may have to go there anyway, but at least you won't be wasting your time.
