Reckon this is going to turn out to be quite a meet. Going to be a few friends coming along with me and we were thinking of going off to Maldon for a little ride in the afternoon, what say you?

High Beech to Maldon taking scenic route and at a slowish pace, is about an hour and quarters ride. That said, it is very nice there particularly down at the quayside. As it is on my door step and I frequent it on a regular basis, I will give it a miss on the day but I am sure that those who do venture there, will enjoy it. Ged, That original post about the 1/2 hour, assumes using the M25, but things have moved on a bit from there, as you probably know a few fellow cubbers are also going, so we will be taking a nice non-motorway bimble through south and north Ockenden and Brentwood.
See the C90 thread for times, Rob and Mark have farther to travel than me, so I will fit in with their schedule.
