You could do worse than The New Holly just up the road from Thorpey's Chippy some of you already know at Garstang on the A6. You can hop off the M6 at Forton services and it's about half a mile from there. £69 per night B&B for a twin room (they have three). Excellent food and real ales.

Accomadation wise it will be up to individuals its difficult to find venue not knowing numbers and getting involved taking deposits ect and all arguements start over pub bnb hotel /chain hotel sharing own rooms ect.Morecambe is holiday place so loads of bnb's few travelodges on motorway /Lancaster /Morcambe just check parking .Theres camping in the area just bear in mind bank hol others will be doing the same.As long as within 10 miles of each other will be ok tho makes evening meets more difficult if you want to drink.Wozzas in the area maybe he could check a few places out.Julian

Thanks for the offer but its the wifes birthday that bank holiday weekend. And given the distance as well I will not be coming.
