Got to Alicante airport yesterday afternoon flight delayed two and a half hours 36 degrees no air con,, arrived Stansted and had to sit on the plane for 25 minutes because they could not find stairs to get us off the plane. missed airport bus and had to wait 1 hour (Thank you Mr Ryanair) got home too late for fit and chips ,,had no milk or food in cupboard went to bed tiered and hungry,,, Left the scoot in the garage 5 weeks ago everything perfect.tried to start it this morning engine turned over ok but would not start now the battery is flat .
Tried to start from wife's car and guess what, ???? the battery was flat on her car too. went to my neighbour and ask him for a jump start and he has gone away for the weekend.
Looks like today is my lucky day. But i will be at the pie and mash bash if it kills me. (Should never of got rid of my Honda Melody )

If I arrive at all, if I feel fit, then I am aiming for Canvey as I have never been there... if I don't have enough time to be there before 9am and if I am not there dot on 9am then leave with out me because I'll aim for the next meeting point.

There have been Major road works on the A13 for about a year,,they are completely redesigning what used to be Sadlers farm roundabout.
The contractors have missed the completion date 3 times and the whole approach to Saddlers farm has been altered and its now a mystery tour.
If your heading for Canvey Way keep in the left hand lane on the approach to the roundabout go over new flyover and then keep right ,,,they have cut a new road through the middle of the roundabout and that takes you across the roundabout onto Canvey Way you need "EYES UP YOUR AR*E" When you negotiate the diversion so take it steady.,,anyway that's what you do today,,(Tomorrow ?????????????) the contractors assure us that it will all be alright on the night.
If you don't know where Waterside Farm is ??? follow Canvey Way all the way to the bottom,, take 2nd exit at roundabout and car park is 500 yards on the right.
