There must be a way to get through to oil spillers everywhere.
We all know it's bloody dangerous, but everyone tries to get that last ounce of fuel in the tank.
Has anyone ever tried to get the fuel companies on side by putting up a poster on the forecourts.
It's about the only place that would make any difference.

the trucks and vans fill up to cap then it spills out going round corners,as you say they really should jump on em ,it is an offence if caught

I just looked on line for a suitable graphic to put into a Facebook picture.
I type in "motorcycle accident" into Google, hoping for a bent wheel or something.
I now feel physically sick and saddened by what I saw.

yeah i know what you mean, i try not to look at that sort of video. I mean it ought to be lingering in the back of everyone's mind every time they go out on a bike. I know i do.
As i mentioned before the crash was leading up to a roundabout, so i was slowing down from about 30-35mph. What i forgot to mention is that the road was slightly curved & slightly downhill.
So it means i would have been braking when the bike was slightly leaned over. Im not talking a lot, but there is no way the bike would have been upright. so when i tried steering left to avoid my cousin i was doomed

just heard back from newlaw solicitors today, that thry cant claim against anyone so case is now close
at least i am getting the money back for bike & clothing/helmet thats the main thing
Is it even worth pursuing a claim with someone else?
