There was another Leo around 2004 that was known as a 300. These had a 264cc engine.
Yamaha had a (very!!!!) slightly bigger version of the 250 Maj engine which went into the Versity/Kilibre. Slightly more torque apparently, but calling it a 300 is a bit dubious!!!

It was quite comfy - very well sorted suspension. I'm not sure where the comments about bad weather protection come from. It's just like any normal scooter, though a bigger screen was essential for higher speed roads.

It comes purely from looking at photos. Highly subjective and founded on no real world experience. I know how exposed I was on the PS, and the Leo looks similar.

Well, from my real world experience, it was fine! Enormously better than an SH, put it that way....
