I'm sorry but I'm gona have to back out of the meet up. The weather doesn't look too clever and somethings cropped up I need to sort out. My apologies to hatter who was going to ride down with me. Hopefully there'll be another chance to meet the north west lads.

John R 93 which way are you coming?. My route will take me to the roundabout at Winfields , at Haslingden, some people meet at the Little chef car park at the Shell Garage. I could see you there if you want to ride up together. Just a thought I don't melt in the rain i will be going to Hawes.

Sorry cant make this, a week before payday and I'm skint, maybe if some rides were just after 26th.

I dont know where you are coming from but I am coming down the A1.
If this is not OK can you suggest a meeting point en route for us both?

Going down to the Winfields roundabout is the opposite way for me from Blackburn.

How about near the 'Balti Stan' restaurant on the A680 (Whalley Rd) just after it crosses the M65, that's if you are going through Baxenden (Hummm, Hollands pies!) and Accrington. Or Junction 8 roundabout of the M65 if you're going up the A56?

Next RV is the main square in Settle at about 10:00 with a couple of other Muppets.

If its nice I may come along, anyone else from Thornton/Cleveleys area , upto Devils bridge then across to Ingleton falls, then Hawes
