As I've said before, the Maxi-world seems divided by Tmax lovers and Burger lovers. As you will be aware I'm a Tmax lover, though I did own a Burger once. One of the things that eventually turned me off the Burger was that it wasn't (for me) anything like as comfortable as many other people seem to find it. I never found the riding position quite comfortable, and the suspension gave an awful ride if you rode on bumpy back roads. In comparison, the Tmax on the same roads was a magic carpet ride! So I prefer the Tmax on grounds of comfort as well, and I do go on tours with it, though travelling relatively short distances.
