i have had there 24gms weights in my scoot since september, a lot less vibey, would never go back to rollers, just cleaned the variator last week and very little wear and virtually no dust, at the same time i had a five shoe clutch and polini evolution bell, you find the clutch fully bites about 2800rpm while the scootis revving to about 5500rpm, instead of the 3-4000 mark on rollers, this stops 98% vibes, dont get me wrong im 53 years young, most of my riding is a to b and two up, i dont ride fast, just notice the changes, on my own i have fun,

So far I have only got a small job list of things to sort out.

1. Seat doesn't remote unlock. You can hear the solenoid working but it doesn't undo the seat. Key release isnt very good either. probably the cable undone, you can get a good view and probably sort if you take the central underbelly off were the top of rear suspention sits, its just a few screws either side which rise up to the rear light assembly,
2. Front brake light switch isnt working. Hopefully this is an electrical micro switch and not a pressure switch? get one from here http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/280527388158? ... 1438.l2649" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
3. Front pads are low, not out but low. New pair of EBCs ordered (£15.62 inc VAT & delivery)
4. One mirror top is a bit loose and flops about a bit. Hopefully this can be tightened up?these are tricky to reach, if you take of the mirror from the bike,(those two bolts and unclip wire) the top part of mirror which swivels for viewing is attached to the main stem via a bolt, you have to get a very long reach socket arm or something that holds a socket on it cant remember size , that way you can tighten it, my left one is only slightly loose, so wrapping a cut piece of the lasses hair elastic band and tying it into the groove, sorted that one , good luck

There maybe more but i cant think of anything. If there isn't and the Nexus reputation is accurate there soon will be!

Both mine flop but I don't think they can be tightened up. But at £200 for the pair from ajsutton, they can flop.

right to differentuate between the stand off take up clutch speed etc,at 50ish the scoot is just under 4000rpm but if you want to open her up, the scoot revs to 7500 rpm giving you a surge of speed till you back off, this is with the 24gms dr pulleys as in previous post cheers
