Are you and ZZG intending to go to Kemble Airfield first kayz1 or are you going direct to Gloucester Docks? The reason I'm asking is that I might come down from Chesterfield and I'm trying to work out when I'll have to leave (also restricted to around 4000 rpm - running in) and I've got 150 miles from Chesterfield to the Airfield and that might take me 2 1/2 hours or so. I've also asked Gerard Caygill if he's interested and he's 30 plus miles North of me.kayz1 wrote:i am meeting Alan ZZG at Staford services at 0930..well between jnct 13 and 14just hope no ice about like the last 3 mornings..
If you leave Stafford Services at 0930 to go to the airfield you've got just over 100 miles which will take you about 1 1/2 hours so you'd get there about 11.00, or 83 miles and about 10.45 if you're going direct to the Docks.
In my case if it's direct to the Docks it'll be 130 miles and just over two hours which is slightly easier for someone who prefers to lie in bed on a Sunday morning.

If we are all going to the docks I think we will go direct to the docks , can be there for 10.30 ish
But if the main meet is at av8 café we will go there and give the docks a miss ,can be at the av8 café 11ish
