good one , did my fork seals 2 mths ago with new fork oil, the front is a lot firmer now, even under heavy breaking, and made the scoot handle even more rigid, a pleasure to ride

Fitted a new Gates drive belt. RPMs are now nearly 1000 less over 50 mph.

Went to smc sheffield to order a bearing for transmission case, and I picked up some front brake pads. On my way home my bolt on my exhaust, oxygen sensor fell off. Sounded like Ian chopper at Buxton.
Got it home and bodged it till I get another. 10p and jubilee clip.
Took it out for a test ride after I finshed both jobs and the exhaust is fine, but the front brakes stopped working, by this when I pulled the front brake lever it came flush with the grip, checked the calipers to see if the fluid had come out, NO. So I had to travel home with only a rear brake. A mile down the road it worked again???????????? What could this be? Just so confused???

Sandy and I had a nice little ride out on our Burgman tonight. Went down to Lands End and had a bite to eat, then back up to Marazion for a stroll on the beach and an ice cream. Burgman’s going really well now and fuel consumption has increased to 62MPG.

X9 passed its MOT. Washed the bugs off after the other weeks trek to snowdon.
Will order a new exhaust later.

Went to get new gloves for Pat, went in the car Pat as driver, gets to dealers and get given a set of keys Pat says your riding gear is in the boot i'm off see you at home
